Warrant Service – On Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at 9:45 pm, TFC J. Hardesty served a Bench Warrant (T-16213) on Joseph L. Welch, 22, of Charlotte Hall. The warrant was issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary’s County with an original charge of Burglary First Degree on October 11, 2013. Mr. Welch was located in Mechanicsville, MD.
