MECHANICSVILLE, Md. – On September 1, Michael William De Groat, 30, of Mechanicsville was found asleep at the wheel of a running vehicle at the Mechanicsville 7-Eleven store.
De Groat was arrested and charged for Attempting to Drive While so Far Impaired by Drugs Cannot Drive Safely and Driving a Vehicle While Impaired by a Controlled Dangerous Substance by DFC Dale Smith. CASE# 46075-18
