The St Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate missing person Michelle Ellen Ann Waro (W-F-02-02-73) 5-04 & 170lbs. She was last seen on 08-15-20 walking in the area of California, MD wearing a black tank top, blue jeans, black flip flops, and carring a maroon purse.
