On October 13, 2010 while investigating the report of a missing person, TFC K. D. Lashley responded to the 44000 block of Ritchie Road in Leonardtown.
Investigative measures at the location lead to the missing person being successfully located. Subsequently, Dominic James Bright, 20 of Leonardtown and John Edward Colleary, IV, 20 of Leonardtown, were arrested for possession of CDS and CDS Paraphernalia that was observed in plain view during the course of the investigation.
Both subjects were transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged accordingly. They were held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
