On Aug. 14, St. Maryโ€™s Sheriff’s Deputy Russell responded to the Target Store in California for a reported theft.

His investigation revealed that suspect Jack Harold Culp, 47 of Mechanicsville, stole an MP3 player as well as a computer game valued at nearly $90.

Culp was arrested and charged with theft under $100.00 and is currently awaiting a Preliminary Hearing before the District Court.

On Aug. 15, Deputy Young responded to Target in California for the reported theft.

His investigation revealed that the suspect, Richard Anthony Combs, 43 of Hollywood, had stolen two computer ink cartridges valued at nearly $60.

Combs was charged with theft under $100.00 and is currently awaiting a Preliminary Hearing date before the District Court.

Teen Girls Caught Stealing Gag Gifts from Spencerโ€™s

At 9 p.m. Aug. 5, Charles County Sheriffโ€™s officers responded to Spencerโ€™s located at 11110 Mall Circle in Waldorf for the report of a shoplifter.

Investigation revealed store employees detained a 15-year-old girl and a 17-year-old girl, both from Upper Marlboro, who concealed items and exited the store without paying for them.

Both girls were arrested, charged with theft less than $100 and released to the custody of a parent. Officer R. Kimble investigated.
