UPDATE 10:15 p.m.- The operator of the vehicle in the photographs has been arrested for an undisclosed reason. She is first being transported to a hospital to treat non-life threatening injuries.
The other motor vehicle involved has left the scene after being instructed by the police to do so. The scene is now clear.
