ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Warrant Service โ€“ On Saturday, July 2, 2011 at 3:35pm, TFC M. A. Moore served an Arrest Warrant (T3-14968) on Daniel Spencer Newbold, 19, of an Unknown Fixed Address. The warrant was issued for Mr. Newboldโ€™s arrest by the District Court of St. Maryโ€™s County on May 28, 2011 with an original charge of Fourth Degree Burglary. Mr. Newbold was located and served at the St. Maryโ€™s County Detention Center. He will be held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. (1182006545)

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Violation of Protective Order โ€“ On Monday, June 27, 2011 at 11:45am, Tpr. B. T. Wiesemann conducted a traffic stop onย  a black Nissan in the area of Foxchase Drive and Maryland Route 237 for a traffic violation. During the course of the traffic stop it was determined that a female occupant of the vehicle, 48, of Lexington Park had an outstanding protective order issued against a male subject that was also occupying the vehicle. Following information provided by all subjects involved and confirmation of the issuance of the order, James Price, 49, of Great Mills was arrested for Violation of Protective Order. Mr. Price was transported to the St. Maryโ€™s County Detention Center where he was charged and processed accordingly. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Theft Less Than $1000.00 โ€“ On Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at 3:05pm, TFC N. E. Gresko responded to the Kohlโ€™s Department Store in the 22000 block of Three Notch Road in Lexington Park, for a reported internal theft. Upon arrival, TFC Gresko made contact with loss prevention personnel, whom advised Krystal Michelle Johnston, 26, of Lexington Park was observed on camera taking money from the cash register she was operating. Ms. Johnston was confronted on the matter by loss prevention staff and store management, at which time she returned $480.00 she removed from the register. Information provided by Ms. Johnston resulted in her arrest for Theft Under $1000.00. Ms. Johnston was terminated on scene by Kohlโ€™s Department Store and issued a notice not to trespass. She was transported to the St. Maryโ€™s County Detention Center where she was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the Distr
