Trespassing, Suspended Driver Found with Other’s Pills (Loveville)
09/24/05 at 1:22 am:  Michael Leonard Semiklose, 20, of Mechanicsville was arrested and charged with Possession of a non-controlled substance that police reasonably believed to be a controlled dangerous substance. 
TFC Linger responded to Friendship School Road in Loveville for a reported disturbance. The complainant advised that Mr. Semiklose was trespassing on the property.
Contact was made with Mr. Semiklose while he was in his vehicle.  A check through MVA revealed Mr. Semiklose’s driving privilege was suspended. A search incident to arrest revealed a prescription pill bottle in the glove box containing individually wrapped pills. 
The pill bottle did not have Mr. Semiklose’s name on it.  Mr. Semiklose stated he didn’t know who pill bottle belonged to. 

Inmate Uses Music to Escape (Charlotte Hall)
09/23/05 at 8:42 am:  Anthony Alanzo Richardson, 50, of Charlotte Hall was arrested and charged with Escape and Motor Vehicle Theft. Mr. Richardson is a current inmate at the Southern Maryland Pre-Release Center and is assigned work release with the stipulation that he is not to leave the property of the business. 
On 9/22/05 Mr. Richardson’s supervisor advised him that he was not going to be needed for work on 09/23/05. Mr. Richardson failed to inform the Pre-Release Center of this. He was taken and dropped off at the business on 09/23/05 at 7:10 am. 
A fellow employee gave Mr. Richardson the keys to his vehicle so that he could listen to music. Mr. Richardson left the business in the vehicle.  Department of Corrections and Maryland State Police were contacted. 
During the investigation Mr. Richardson returned with the vehicle.  He was placed under arrest at that time.

Wanted Man Swallows Crack in front of Officer (Loveville)
09/22/05 at 12:37 am:  Danny Matthew Thompson, 33, of Clements was arrested and charged with Possession of Cocaine and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia. 
TFC Linger stopped a vehicle on Route 5 at Busy corner Road in Loveville for having cancelled registration.  A wanted check on Mr. Thompson, the passenger, revealed two outstanding warrants.  When Mr. Thompson exited the vehicle a metal smoking device fell to the ground.
During a search incident to arrest TFC Linger observed a piece of “crack” cocaine sitting on his tongue.  Attempts to stop Mr. Thompson from swallowing the cocaine were unsuccessful.  An ambulance was dispatched to the scene however Mr. Thompson refused transportation to the hospital.

Violated Protection Order Leads to Choking (Park Hall)
09/22/05 at 1:55 am:   Walter Jerome Ford Sr., 40, of Park Hall was arrested and charged with Violating a Protective Order and 2nd Degree Assault. 
Tpr. Grimes responded to the victim’s residence and was advised by her that Mr. Ford began choking her during an argument. 
The victim refused any medical treatment. The victim has an active pro
