At 12:20 a.m. Sept. 1, Calvert Sheriff’s Deputy Seth Mitchell responded to the marina on Breezy Point Road in Chesapeake Beach.
A couple advised that they observed a naked white male near the dumpsters in the area and followed him into the public bathroom.
Dep. Mitchell observed Christopher A. Pierce, 22 of Bowie, naked and arrested him and charged him with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.
