St. Mary’s Bureau of Criminal Investigations (BCI) Narcotics Detectives indicted Edwin Rowe Kline, 28 of St. Mary’s City, for several Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) violations to include Distribution of Cocaine and Possession of Cocaine with the Intent to Distribute. He is currently being held without bond in the St. Mary’s County Detention Center.
Also arrested was Lester Marvel Scriber, 34 of Callaway. Suspect Scriber was indicted by BCI Detectives for Possession of Cocaine with the Intent to Distribute. He is being held with out bond in the St. Mary’s County Detention Center.
John Winfield Carter, 51 of Mechanicsville, was arrested on an open Grand Jury indictment that was obtained by BCI Narcotics Detectives. Suspect Carter was indicted for Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Cocaine with the intent to Distribute. He is awaiting an “Arraignment Hearing “in the Circuit Court.
