Easier navigation and more features are among the signature changes to the new St. Mary’s Hospital Web site. The new site went live this winter and it provides valuable information for the public. Whether you plan to have a procedure at St. Mary’s, need to make an emergency visit, want to deliver your baby at the hospital’s Women’s Health and Family Birthing Center or are coming to visit a loved one at the hospital, you will easily find the information you need.
The website highlights several conveniences and educational resources; including the Health Encyclopedia, which contains thousands of health-related articles and definitions. Also, St. Mary’s Hospital’s “Find a Doctor” database is accessible on the homepage, allowing visitors to search for one of our hospital’s doctors by specialty and/or name. The links to upcoming classes and events are easily accessible on the homepage, helping to keep you educated and informed about your health.
To learn how you can donate to our not-for-profit facility, St. Mary’s has included the “Ways to Give” section on the main hospital website page. This tab provides information to help you choose where you want your donation to go, such as the hospital’s Foundation, Auxiliary, Hospice of St. Mary’s and more. In addition, donors may easily make their contributions online.
A change that will be coming soon includes a process to pay registration fees or your St. Mary’s hospital bill online. When implemented, this capability will add even more convenience to the website.
