PLAYYOURCOURT LLC PARTNERS WITH LEVELING THE PLAYING FIELD TO SUPPORT UNDERPRIVILEGED KIDS IN THE MARYLAND AREA WHO WISH TO PARTICIPATE IN SPORTS PROGRAMS.

Any time a client books tennis lessons with PlayYourCourt through one of their Maryland affiliates, PlayYourCourt will donate a portion of the sale to the charitable foundation Leveling The Playing Field.

All children should be able to participate in sports programs, regardless of family income. Not only do organized sports offer a welcome outlet for the tension of growing up, they create healthy habits that lead to a decrease in obesity and other complications later in life.

Research from the Smithsonian Institute indicates many sports have become too expensive for kids from low-income households to participate in. In fact, they found the biggest indicator of whether or not kids played sports wasn’t location, gender, or ethnicity, but whether or not their parents had a household income of $100,000 or more.

Leveling The Playing Field was created to help solve this growing problem. In an effort to strengthen their ties to the Maryland community and give something back to it, PlayYourCourt has partnered with Leveling The Playing Field for an affiliate fundraiser.

Any time a client books tennis lessons with PlayYourCourt through a Washington affiliate, PlayYourCourt will donate a portion of the sale to support Leveling The Playing Field, who help youth sports organizations cut the cost of sports programs through various initiatives to give underprivileged kids have the chance to play.
