Baynet Radio introduces new programs for the New Year. Mondays and Wednesdays will bring Host Dave Johnson and the twenty-third year of ‘Blues Deluxe’ to Southern Maryland. Blues Deluxe will air immediately following the John Hunt Morning Show, at 12 Noon.
Blues Deluxe will bring a different flavor to the internet airwaves with the best in Blues tunes both old and new with artists like Joe Bonamassa, Buddy Guy, Taj Mahal, Derek and The Dominos as well as covers by more well known artists like Sting, Aerosmith and The Beatles.
The first show, scheduled for Jan. 4, also features local artist Danny Gatton. Host Dave Johnson is a 30 year veteran of radio in Texas and bases his program in Arlington Texas.
In addition to all the great programming planned, listeners will have a chance every week to win CD’s and DVD’s and Baynet Radio will be giving away tickets to three shows in January 2010!

Other Programming Notes: BNR has been working with Eric Millham and his students at the James A Forrest Technical Center In Leonardtown and his students will be getting involved with BNR by producing local shows with both news and musical content.
