On Oct. 7, Dfc. M. Worrey responded to the Lexington Park Library in Lexington Park, for report of a trespasser.
Investigation revealed Marc Terence Brown, 35 of Lexington Park, was issued a no trespassing notice by the security officer for the Lexington Park Library on Oct. 5.
On Oct. 7, Brown came into the library on two separate occasions. Brown walked into the library, waved at the employees and left. Brown’s is 6’7” tall and weights approximately 325 pounds. His actions concerned library staff and caused them to feel threatened.
Dfc. Worrey located Brown in the area of the library and arrested him for trespassing.
