LEXINGTON PARK, Md. – On November 24, 2018, Dep. Budd responded to the 21900 block of Fox Ridge Road in Lexington Park, for the reported assault.
Investigation determined Martez Deshawn Bush, age 26 of North Carolina, assaulted the victim by striking the victim in the face with a bottle.
The victim suffered visible injury from the assault, and Bush was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 63619-18
