On January 20, the victims reported they heard the door to their residence being broken. The victims went downstairs to investigate and found Justin Matthew Clausen, 21 of Lexington Park, lying on their couch.
Clausen was extremely intoxicated. None of the victims knew Clausen. The victims called 911. Corporal V Walker responded to the residence and arrested Clausen.
Clausen was charged with two counts of burglary and one count of destruction of property. Further investigation revealed Clausen was currently out of jail on personal recognizance for committing a similar crime on February 17, where he was arrested by the Maryland State police.
