Leonardtown, MD – St. Mary’s Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has once again received high marks through the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Pay-For-Performance Program, ranking in the top 10% among all nursing facilities in Maryland. St. Mary’s was rated number 19 out of a total of 204 facilities in 2015.
St. Mary’s high marks were based on the Center’s staffing levels and staff stability, the Maryland Health Care Commission family satisfaction survey, quality measures, resident and staff influenza and pneumonia vaccination programs, and our infection control program.
St. Mary’s excellent ratings are a true testament of the dedication and commitment to provide superior services to our community year after year.
