On October 11 at 1:05 a.m., two off-duty police officers from neighboring counties were walking their dogs near Oaks Ridge Park in the 13600 block of Oaks Road in Charlotte Hall when they heard a commotion near a storage shed.
The officers investigated and found Charles Braden, 22, of Hughesville, and a 16-year-old male inside a private, fenced in lot.
Further investigation revealed the suspects broke into a truck which was parked in the lot and stole several keys. In addition, officers found suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia on them.
The suspects were charged with burglary.
