On Sept. 23 at 7:41 p.m., officers responded to the 5000 block of Toyer Place in Marbury for a report of a stabbing.
Upon arrival, officers met with two adult male individuals with injuries consistent with being assaulted with an edged weapon. Both individuals were transported to hospitals with serious injuries. Seven minutes later, officers responded to the nearby Marbury Fire/EMS Station at 7035 Poorhouse Road to assist with four individuals who arrived at the fire station advising that they had been assaulted by the two individuals on Toyer Place. Two of the four individuals, a male and a female, were transported to nearby hospitals with serious injuries. All six individuals involved are known to each other and it appears this incident was related to a dispute. Detective C. Shankster is investigating.
