Emergency units from Hollywood Volunteer Fire Department and Lexington Park Volunteer Rescue Squad were dispatched to Three Notch Road and St. John’s Road in Hollywood at 5:25 p.m. for a motor vehicle accident with injuries.
A short time later the Advanced Life Support Unit was added to the call for a patient experiencing chest pains. Crews arrived to find a two vehicle accident with one vehicle off the roadway.
One patient was transported to Medstar St. Mary’s Hospital.
Traffic is getting by in all directions.
