Annapolis, MD – On Dec. 15 at 1:33 a.m., Annapolis Police Department officers responded to reports of shots fired near Bywater Road and Baywind Drive. Officers discovered a shooting occurred in the 1800 block of Copeland Street. Officers located outside an adult male shooting victim, Dominique Pratt, 26, of Annapolis. Pratt was transported to an area hospital for treatment. He is in stable, but serious condition. There is no further information at this time.
Detectives are investigating this incident. The shooting is believed to have occurred outside in the 1800 block of Copeland Street.
