On 10/14/15 at 1:20 pm, Trooper First Class Palumbo stopped a vehicle on Sixes Rd. near Adelina Rd. in Prince Frederick for traffic violations. The driver, Sean J. Pope, 32 of St. Leonard, appeared to be extremely nervous when TFC Palumbo approached the vehicle.
A K-9 scan of the vehicle yielded a positive alert. A probable cause search revealed both Heroin and Oxycodone. Pope was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
