Update from the Charles County Sheriff’s Office, Oct. 4 at 9:40 a.m.
Waldorf, MD – On October 3 at approximately 7:55 p.m., officers responded to the 11200 block of Wildmeadows Street in Waldorf for the report of shots fired. Upon arrival officers located a 17-year-old male, Elisha Amon Cole, of Waldorf (pictured, right), deceased from a gunshot wound.
Detectives are working to identify a suspect and a motive has not been established. This appears to be isolated incident.

Waldorf, MD – Police in Charles County report one teenage male was found shot to death outside a home on Wildmeadows Street around 8 p.m. Wednesday evening, Oct. 3. Charles County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Diane Richardson told TheBayNet.com that officers responded to a call of shots fired in the 11200 block of Wildmeadows Street and discovered the deceased male. Richardson said the killing appears to be an isolated incident. No arrests have been made and a motive for the shooting has been established at this time.
