Update July 20, 3:30 p.m Police and Crews from Seventh District, and Leonardtown Volunteer Fire Departments ans EMS from Seventh District and Leonardtown as well as State Highway Administration responded to a reported Motor Vehicle Accident involving a dump truck. First on the scene determined that it was a single vehicle accident and had spilled its payload of asphalt on the roadway and in a neighboring yard
