On Jan. 29, 2011 at 11:56 p.m., Trooper Esnes stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on HG Trueman Road in Lusby.
A passenger was attempting to conceal something in the vehicle. A search of the vehicle revealed a large amount of Marijuana which was packaged in a manner which indicated that it was being sold.
Dylan Lee Carroll, 18 of Lusby, was arrested for possession with intent to distribute and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
