Lusby, MD – On Oct. 22, several Calvert County Sheriffโ€™s Office deputies responded to Buckets Sports Bar located on Rousby Hall Road Lusby for a reported fight.ย  Deputy Ostazeski arrived and located a large crowd in the parking lot. Ostazeski was investigating when a suspect struck a victim in the side of the head. Ostazeski was then assaulted by another suspect.ย 

During the investigation there were several people being disorderly. Mark Anthony Baltimore, 51 of Marbury, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and failing to obey a reasonable and lawful order of a law enforcement officer. Michael Donell Young, 32 of Temple Hills, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Corey Harrod, 31 of Lusby, was arrested and charged with two counts of second-degree assault, two counts of failure to obey reasonable and lawful order of a law enforcement officer, two counts of obstructing and hindering, resisting/interfering with arrest and disorderly conduct.

According to online judicial information, Baltimore has a hearing on his charge tentatively scheduled for Dec. 29. No information on Youngโ€™s court status was available. Harrod was freed on $10,000 bond. No court date for Harrod had been determined as this story was being filed.
