On October 8 at 7:39 p.m. a woman who was asked to leave a party because she was intoxicated was arrested by DFC T. Rickard for disorderly conduct and failure to obey a lawful order. The woman, later identified as Heather M. Malamphy, 22 of Lusby, was standing in a field on German Chapel Road in Prince Frederick near the home she had been asked to leave. Malamphy was hollering and cursing and disregarded DFC Rickard’s order to stop so she was arrested, taken into custody and charged.
