Dfc. James Wahlgren responded to the parking lot of the townhouses on F Street in Chesapeake Beach At 10:19 p.m. April 20 for a reported unresponsive person.
Upon arriving, Dfc. Wahlgren found the suspect, later identified as Kevin M. Turner, 18, of Chesapeake Beach, lying in the parking lot with shallow breathing.
He advised the Calvert Control Center, who sent Emergency Medical Service personnel.
Turner was transported to Calvert Memorial Hospital where he was treated and released.
Turner was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana and was arrested by Dfc. Wahlgren and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
