A woman was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct on July 28 shortly after midnight when she used loud profanity during a traffic stop on the vehicle she was a passenger in.
DFC R. Brady charged Tiffany Ann Loyd, 21 of North Beach, while at the traffic stop on Md. Rt. 2 and Woodburn Street in Solomons.
