On February 26, 2010 Jackie Lynn Ryon Adkins, 60 of no fixed address, was served with a Peace Order ordering Adkins not to enter upon the property of the petitioner.
The Peace Order is effective until August 25, 2010. On June 21, Adkins violated the conditions of the Peace Order by entering onto the property of the petitioner. Adkins had left the property prior to the deputy’s arrival but was located a short time later by Dfc. Dodson. Dfc. Dodson informed Adkins she was under arrest for violating the conditions of a Peace Order. Adkins refused to submit to Dfc. Dodson’s arrest by crossing her arms and hand across her chest and refusing to be handcuffed.
After a brief struggle Dfc. Dodson handcuffed Adkins and transported her to the detention center where she was charged with violating the conditions of a Peace Order.
