Cpl. Anthony Moschetto was patrolling the area of Stamper Court in Prince Frederick at 8:30 p.m. on January 26 when he made contact with a suspicious subject. 
After gaining consent to search, Cpl. Moschetto discovered suspected marijuana on the subject. 
He then arrested James E. Mackall III, 25 of Prince Frederick and charged him with possession of marijuana.
