
LARGO, Md. – The Prince George’s County Department of the Environment is making it easy for residents to recycle cut Christmas trees (no artificial trees) by offering convenient drop-off locations and curbside pick up.ย
Due to the Christmas and New Year’s Day holidays, yard trim and Christmas tree collection will start on January 8, 2018. Resident with yard waste collection may place their undercoated, unbagged, live Christmas tree at the curb by 6 a.m. on their regulary scheduled yard waste day.ย
Residents may also bring unadorned trees, free of charge, to the following location for recycling:ย ย
