On Aug 27, Sheriffโs Office Deputies Zorana Sipos and Shawn Cathcart encountered a group of unruly patrons at Lexington Park eating establishment. One of the members of the group, Suspect David Thomas Johnson, 20 of Great Mills was continuously disorderly.
He was warned several times to cease and leave the property and failed to do so. He was arrested and charged with one count of Disorderly Conduct.
On Aug. 27, Sheriffโs Office Deputy, Corporal Cara Grumbles responded to a California hotel for the reported disorderly subject.
Upon arrival contact was made with Anthony Thomas Doran III , 24 of Alfa, New Jersey. The suspect had been consuming alcohol and acting disorderly, disturbing numerous other guests.
He failed to heed Corporal Grumbles warning to cease and leave the property. It was at that time that he was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
On Sept. 2, Sheriffโs Office Deputy Russell responded to a Lexington Park residence for the reported domestic dispute.
The victim, Carrie Tyson Elum, 36, was involved in a verbal dispute with her husband, Terrence R. Elum, 46. Terrence Elum struck the victim in the mouth with a closed fist, causing a laceration. Medical treatment was not required. Suspect Elum was arrested for Second Degree Assault.
On Aug. 27, Dep. James G. Bell responded to a home on Saw Mill Road in Lusby for an assault complaint.
Upon arriving and speaking with the victim who had been punched in the mouth, Bell arrested William J. Broome, 50, of Lusby and charged him with second-degree assault.
