ANNAPOLIS, Md. – On Monday, Dec. 24 at 1:24 a.m., officers saw a vehicle being operated on Duke of Gloucester Street without headlights on and attempted to stop the vehicle.
The driver of the vehicle did not stop and officers learned that the vehicle was reported stolen from Calvert County. Officers lost sight of vehicle, but later located it, unoccupied, in the 1300 block of Tyler Avenue in Annapolis.
