On Sunday, June 28, at 5:48 p.m., TFC K. Lashley responded to the 42000 block of Bird Haven Way in Leonardtown for the reported theft of mailbox and post.
Upon arrival, contact was made with the male complainant, 57 of Leonardtown, who advised he discovered his mailbox was stolen at approximately 1 p.m. on Saturday, when his mail was placed on the front porch by the mail carrier. It was last seen Friday evening, June 26.
Neighborhood checks were conducted with negative results. The investigation is ongoing.
