On July 23, 2010 at 9:30 p.m., Tpr. B. T. Wiesemann responded to the Food Lion in the 45000 block of Alton Lane in California for a reported Theft.
Upon arrival, contact was made with a female complainant, 43 of California, who advised a male subject was detained in the store after attempting to leave the establishment without paying for items.
James Allan Winters, 30, of Leonardtown was arrested on a criminal citation for Theft Under $100.00. Winters was released on scene and the property was returned to the store.
