ANNAPOLIS, Md. – The Annapolis Police Department is seeking the whereabouts of these two individuals:
Charles Kaufman
On July 23 Charles Kaufman, 27, of Annapolis was reported missing by family members concerned for his welfare. Mr. Kaufman is a Caucasian male with blue eyes and short, ear length, brown hair and a short brown beard. Mr. Kaufman has a sleeve of tattoos on his right forearm and a tattoo on the inside of his left forearm. He was last seen on 07/19 at 4pm in the 100 block of West St wearing a black baseball cap, black t-shirt and black basketball shorts.

Scott Budich
Also on July 23, Scott Budich, 42, of Annapolis was reported missing by concerned family members. Mr. Budich is a Caucasian male, 6’01”, 180 lbs. He has ties to Edgewood Rd and Riverview Av in Annapolis. There are factors which make Mr. Budich a critically missing adult.
