Police Serve Warrant; Find Pocketed Roach

At 9:44 pm on Friday, December 22, TFC Linger responded to the 22000 block of St. Clements Circle in California in an attempt to serve a warrant. 

Upon arrival contact was made with Brian Antonio Lowery, 27, of California.  Confirmation was made that Mr. Lowery was wanted by the Charles County Sheriff’s Office in La Plata for failing to appear on driving while suspended charges.  Mr. Lowery was arrested on the warrant. 

A search of Mr. Lowery’s person revealed a partially burnt marijuana “roach” in his jacket pocket.  Mr. Lowery was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center pending a bond review.
