On 3/29/12 at 1:58 am, Trooper First Class Evans responded to the 500 block of Stamper Ct. in Prince Frederick for a report of an intoxicated and disorderly subject. Ronald L. Harltey, 25 of Prince Frederick was found in the parking lot of the townhouse complex. He was intoxicated, arguing with other residents and yelling profanities. During an argument, he exposed his genitals. He was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
