James Lionel Medley Jr. (Age 22 of Great Mills) was arrested by Deputy Timothy Reese on an open warrant for Telephone Misuse and Harassment.
Suspect Medley was contacted by Deputies when he approached the same victim listed in the warrant on the dance floor of a social event.
The contact was in Violation of a Protective Order and the additional charges were levied.
