Prince Frederick, MD – August 24, 2019 – The Calvert County Department of Planning & Zoning today released a draft update to the Calvert County Transportation Plan. Citizens are encouraged to review the plan and provide comments on the draft.
The draft plan can be viewed online at www.CalvertCountyMd.gov/TransportationPlan. Citizens may submit comments online or through the U.S. mail to the Department of Planning & Zoning at 175 Main St., Prince Frederick, MD 20678. Comments must be received by Friday, Sept. 6 at 4:30 p.m.
The transportation plan will set a vision to integrate multimodal transportation planning with land use, historic preservation, open space and community facilities. The draft plan was prepared by consultant firm Sabra & Associates.
