Rockville, MD- Lawyers for Jose Montano; the 17-year-old charged with Raping his classmate last month at Rockville High School, were in court Friday.
The State has said the evidence does not support Rape and Sexual Assualt charges and will instead be pursuing Child Porn Charges in Juvenile Court.
