Waldorf, MD – On March 12, members of Patrol Operations conducted traffic enforcement in the area of Davis Road, Mill Hill Road and Middletown Road in response to numerous complaints of dirt bikes and ATV’s being operated recklessly on the roadways.
During the operation, officers observed an ATV being operated in a reckless manner. Daquan Shipale Lawrence, 18 of Waldorf, was arrested and charged with fleeing and eluding, reckless driving, negligent driving, and driving an unregistered and uninsured vehicle.
