Reckless driving leads to possession arrest

The Emergency Communications Center broadcasted a lookout for a vehicle bearing Delaware registration operating in a reckless manner. Deputy G. Mushchette observed a vehicle matching the description traveling Southbound on Three Notch Road. Deputy Muschette confirmed the registration tags on the vehicle were stolen. The suspect, Lennard Ray Frayer, age 54, of Cheltenham, was placed under arrest. During a routine search, Deputy Muschette located a small bottle of liquid on Frayer. A field test revealed the bottle contained suspected Phencyclidine (PCP). Frayer was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with CDS Possession – Not Marijuana and Theft Less than $1000.00.
