At 12 p.m. Oct. 1, TFC L. Nims responded to Willow Road, Lexington Park, for a reported assault.
The victim advised there was a current protective order against Patrick Wayne Adams, 46, of Lexington Park. Adams was ordered not to harass, assault, or enter the residence of the victim.
Adams entered the residence, grabbed the victim’s arm and twisted it causing minor injuries. Adams was contacted and while being arrested, he became disorderly.
He kicked TFC Nims, and kicked the patrol vehicle causing damage.
Adams was arrested and charged with assault on TFC Nims and the victim, violation of a protective order, disorderly conduct, and destruction to state property. He was taken to the detention center and held pending a bond review.
