UPDATE Monday, Sept. 25 10 a.m.
Lexington Park, MD – The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office reported that Shara Joy Oneil, 20 of Lexington Park, was traveling west on Pegg Road in Lexington Park at approximately 5:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 22 when the vehicle crossed the center line and struck a guardrail. The vehicle, a 2003 Chrysler, then turned over and came to rest on the roof. Oneil was flown to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Lexington Park MD – Sep.22, At 5:38pm. a serious motor vehicle crash was reported on Pegg Road in the area of Ronald Drive. First Responders arrived on the scene to investigate a single vehicle crash that was on its roof. One patient has been transported to a local hospital for treatment. This incident is under investigation.
