At 3:51 p.m. July 24, Charles County Sheriff’s officers responded to a residence in the 4700 block of Vernick Lane in La Plata for the report of a peace order violation.
Investigation revealed the respondent, Justin Bradley Corbin, 18, of La Plata violated a peace order by cursing at the petitioner.
Corbin resisted arrest and was ultimately arrested after a brief struggle.
He was charged with violating a peace order and resisting arrest. He was being held at the Charles County Detention Center pending an appearance before the district court commissioner. Officer L. Payne investigated.
