LEXINGTON PARK, Md. – Sabre Systems, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Andrew Macyko to Vice President, Navy Sector, Mission Engineering and Rapid Response. In addition to directly supporting NAVAIR, Andy continues to improve and integrate Sabre’s business processes and execution to fully leverage our extensive capabilities across Sabre to support our key mission customers.
Andy joined Sabre in 2013 as a Senior Executive Director to provide acquisition and project management support to our NAVAIR customers. As an accomplished Naval Officer and Aviator with 30 years of proven leadership in fleet operations, he specializes in strategic planning and defense systems program management. Through his experience as a Defense Acquisition Corps member and Engineering Test Pilot, Andy has a successful history of leveraging his leadership skills to establish the right goals, build alliances and guide cross-functional teams in systems planning, research, development, engineering and experimental flight test.
