WALDORF, Md. – There was a surprise proposal at St. Charles Towne Center in Waldorf, and it happened in front of Santa.
On Monday, a man told his girlfriend to talk to Santa while he tied his shoe, but then he reached down, pulled out a ring and proposed on the photo set.
The ring he proposed with belonged to the bride-to-be’s grandmother.
