The St. Mary’s County Department of Recreation and Parks continue to accept registration forms for the School Age Care (SAC) programs for the 2013 – 2014 school year. Some big changes will be in place, so if you’ve ever considered the SAC program before, but felt it out of your reach financially, please take another look!

Recreation and Parks has reduced the pricing for School Age Care, and the $100 per child deposit is no longer required! Registration is now only $50.00 per family. And, as an added incentive, Recreation and Parks is offering a 10% discount off your first payment if your child(ren) are registered by June 30.  SAC reduced pricing for next school year is as follows:

Program Fees

  • Registration Fee: $50.00 (non-refundable)

  • AM Care: $260.00 Monthly

  • PM Care: $275.00 Monthly

  • AM & PM Care: $410.00 Monthly

Sibling Discount: Additional Sibling Rates

  • AM Care: $245.00 Monthly

  • PM Care: $260.00 Monthly

  • AM & PM Care: $369.00 Monthly

The School Age Care program serves the following schools: 

  • Banneker Elementary

  • Evergreen Elementary

  • Green Holly Elementary (Includes PreKeep program)

  • Hollywood Recreation Center (transportation provided to Elementary School)

  • Leonardtown Elementary

  • Lettie Marshall Dent Elementary

  • Piney Point Elementary
